02
Professional coaching
Who this is for
Managers across levels of responsibility, professionals in transition, teams that want a clearer way of working, individuals with a concrete professional challenge in front of them.
How I work
I am a certified coach of the European Coaching Association (ECA). My practice combines psychological insight with a structured coaching approach — no recycled formulas, only what the client actually brings into the room.
Formats
- Individual coaching — typically between 6 and 12 sessions.
- Coaching for new managers — focused on the first months in a role.
- Team coaching — shorter programmes for teams in transition.
- In person in Belgrade or online (Serbian / English).
03
Psychological counseling
Who this is for
Adults who want support moving through a difficult period, clarifying an important decision, understanding recurring patterns, or navigating a life transition.
How I work
The work is discreet, strictly confidential, and paced to the client. My training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Institute of Mental Health (1995–1997). I do not work with children or adolescents.
Important note
Counseling is not a substitute for psychiatric care. If you are in acute crisis, please contact your doctor or an emergency psychiatric service.
