In brief
I trained as a psychologist at the University of Belgrade (1989) and spent the bulk of my institutional career in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, where for fourteen years I led the Personnel Selection Department at the Human Resources Management Service. Since 2020 I have worked independently — as an HR consultant on international projects, as a professional coach, and in private psychological practice.
